Jacob Tetteh is an engineer by profession and a member of Institution of Engineering and Technology (Ghana). He worked in the Ghanaian construction industry for the past 17 years. Currently working with T&T Properties Ltd. as Operations Manager, worked with Construction Solution Group as a Project Manager, Reynolds Chattels as a project Manager, Steeledale Gh. Ltd. as a Production Manager and Project Manager, Arc-Aura Architect as architectural designer, C.A. Norman Group Inc as an architectural designer and site Manager, Custom Built as architectural designer and Ben Dwimoh & Co. Gh. Ltd.
Jacob Tetteh has tremendous experience in designs and projects. As key personnel on several projects, he has had supervision and management responsibilities for a wide range of projects activities involving Commercial and Residential Developments. Among some of the projects undertaken or been associated with are the following:
- Airport Terminal 3 project for Kotoka Interational Airport
- 3000 capacity hostel project for Ghana Hostels Limited
- Refurbishment of Centre for Business Development KNUST
- Refurbishment of Court Gardens Hotel – Airport
- Office partition works at 2nd – 4th Floors GNAT Heights, Independence Ave, Accra
- Renovation of Office block at East Legon – Grant James Int.
- Window blinds and Frosting of Glass (CBG Offices)
- Office partition and frosting of Glass for Home Assured
- Several residential projects in Accra and the sub region
Jacob Tetteh holds MSc Construction Management and BSc Construction Technology from KAAF University College affiliated with KNUST and KNUST respectively and currently the CEO of the company.
